Wholesale Internship (Paid) - Planning

We are currently seeking a dynamic, passionate, and detail-oriented intern to support our Wholesale Planning Department. This is a paid internship beginning in January 2020 and continues through the end of June 2020.

It is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing French retail group in the affordable luxury sector.  Overall responsibilities include assisting with the day to day operations of the wholesale planning team.

 MERCHANDISING

  • Assisting with generating weekly sales and financial reports
  • Help maintain and keep up to date internal commercial calendar
  • Build and maintain databases of product attribute data and pricing
  • Process purchase orders, resolve invoicing issues and ensure timely merchandise delivery
  • Utilize programs such as Qlickview, Storeland, and Scortex to execute promotions and stock maintenance
  • Work closely with Ecom and marketing teams on partners exposure and sample tracking.
  • Engage and collaborate with cross functional departments (Operations, Logistics, Finance, as well as external partners.)
  • Provide administrative and other ad hoc support as needed

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enthusiastic and team player with a can-do attitude
  • Must be resourceful, proactive, organized, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capacity (Excel formulas, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of wholesale, department stores processes
  • Candidates should be available at least 4 days a week. Monday will be mandatory
