Walmart Data Specialist / CSR

Cayre Group Ltd. is a wholesale apparel company, is seeking a Walmart Data Specialist/CSR to help manage multiple programs per season for Walmart stores/Ecomm/Sam’s Club.

Responsibilities:

• Complete item set-up for Walmart stores, Walmart.com, Sam’s Club In-club, .com and DSV in IDM-Riversand.
• Review all Walmart ADS and communicate any revisions.
• Complete quotes in Retail Link for all departments.
• Work with internal production team to collect all information needed for quotes and spec sheets.
• Responsible for Item creation/Item review/Item content.
• Review cads again WM commitments and communicate any revisions.
• Download spec sheets from Item 360 and complete for all departments; upload specs into Item 360.
• Download and complete PDP; upload into Item 360.
• Monitor item content and images in Item 360.
• Manage DataSync.
• Provide all information to production for the hang tags and check accordingly.
• Gather all copywriting, key features and site descriptions for every item sold in stores and/or online.
• Internal Item Cross Reference
• Internal Style Master
• Internal Order Entry
• Recordkeeping

Required Skills:

• Must have apparel industry experience
• Must be highly communicative and detailed regarding all facets of the order process
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Organized; self-motivated
• Knowledge of Retail Link: Quote System, Item 360, NOVA, SAMS-IDM a plus
• AMT knowledge a plus
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
