VP of Sales

Position: Vice President of Sales

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence by having strong, current relationships with retailers and with strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue generation and market share within the fashion wholesale sector, with a specific focus on strengthening our current business as well as acquiring new accounts.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, merchandisers, and senior management, to drive collaboration and secure advantageous partnerships.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, product development, and operations, to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and drive cohesive execution.
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation.
  5. Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to track sales performance, evaluate ROI, and inform strategic decision-making, continuously optimizing sales processes and tactics.
  6. Drive a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the fashion wholesale industry, with demonstrable experience in cultivating and managing relationships.
  • Strong network of contacts with department stores and have a deep understanding of their business model, processes, and requirements.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable sales initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving continuous improvement.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and resilience, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
