VP of Sales
Position: Vice President of Sales
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence by having strong, current relationships with retailers and with strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue generation and market share within the fashion wholesale sector, with a specific focus on strengthening our current business as well as acquiring new accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, merchandisers, and senior management, to drive collaboration and secure advantageous partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, product development, and operations, to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and drive cohesive execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to track sales performance, evaluate ROI, and inform strategic decision-making, continuously optimizing sales processes and tactics.
- Drive a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the fashion wholesale industry, with demonstrable experience in cultivating and managing relationships.
- Strong network of contacts with department stores and have a deep understanding of their business model, processes, and requirements.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable sales initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
