TECHNICAL DESIGNER - Womens Designer Clothing

Growing Leading Women's Global Contemporary Designer lifestyle clothing brand with Top Tier store profile is seeking a Technical Designer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have 5 - 7  years experience or more
• Must have Pattern making knowledge and expertise for both:  cut and sew knits, wovens, full fashion sweaters, men's cut and sew knits, lingerie and swimwear
• Must have Grading knowledge and experience
• Has excellent EXCEL program skills, time management, and organizational skills
• Shall be very detail-oriented, committed to excellence, and keeps and upholds high and consistent standards.
• Emobdies good and positive communication across teams internally and externally.
• Must have experience developing products that are sold to High-end Luxury stores such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Net-A-Porter.com etc.

Must be proficient in knits cut and sew, and intimate apparel.

In this position, you will have daily contact and communication with factories. You will do measurements and fittings for the complete lifecycle of a style. You will support and advise the  Creative Design team.

The candidate must have Luxury goods background and possess a high taste level to execute quality fit and finishings of garments for sale to luxury stores and customers.

Salary : $90,000
