TECHNICAL DESIGNER

Location: Onsite Los Angeles (no remote work)

Position Type: Full-time

Overview: We are currently seeking a talented Technical Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of our apparel collections. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, PowerPoint, and garment construction techniques. Experience in 3D Browzwear a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the design team to translate concept sketches and ideas into technical specifications and production-ready designs.

• Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to create detailed technical drawings, flat sketches, and digital prototypes.

• Develop and maintain accurate tech packs, including garment specifications, construction details, and measurements.

• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the quality and feasibility of design concepts during the sampling and production process.

• Participate in fit sessions, providing feedback and recommendations to achieve the desired fit and silhouette for each garment.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.

• Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and patternmaking principles.

• Experience with 3D Browzwear software (i.e., VSticher, Stylezone, Lotta) is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 a year

• The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
