Responsibilities:

• Manage new style creation and submit detailed tech packs working.
• Responsible for communicating fit, balance, and construction to cross-functional partners.
• Ensure size, grading, and fit consistency for development and production.
• Lead fit sessions achieving design aesthetic and fit.
• Foster open communication with the team.

Skills:

• Degree in Technical Design
• 5 plus years’ experience in the apparel industry as a Technical Designer
• Proficient MS Office, Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills
• Possess strong team playing and communication skills.
