TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Digitally Native Skincare brand is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in the Creative and Marketing industry.  This person will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional professionals to support the company's goals and initiatives. This person will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements, organizational objectives, and team dynamics.
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Utilize your expertise in the Creative and Marketing industry to develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent across various roles, including but not limited to graphic designers, content creators, marketing specialists, and copywriters.
  • Source and Screen Candidates: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and industry events. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage Recruitment Process: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations within the Creative and Marketing industry. Leverage industry insights to inform recruitment strategies and optimize talent acquisition efforts.
  • Drive Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Actively seek out and engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds to promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
  • Collaborate with HR Team: Work closely with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, maintain accurate candidate records, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Expectations & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on the Creative and Marketing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

This position has a salary range of $70,00-$85,000. This salary is a good faith estimate for this position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
