Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work, for a Designer-Surf. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product design across a range of surf apparel. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, product management, and sales to ensure that our designs meet market trends, drive sales, and delight our customers. You will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas and design solutions to each project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Industrial Design or a related field
• Strong experience in surf and/or action sports industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with design for manufacture and able to effectively communicate with factories
• Ability to execute ideas from concept to final product
• Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate trends into product designs
• Passion for design and innovation
