What you’ll learn:
Saks OFF 5TH is a growing business navigating operations in an increasingly competitive and complicated environment. We’re looking for smart strategic thinkers to help us scope and analyze several opportunities to propel our growth.
You will interface with the executive team, including VP of Digital & Marketing, VP of Finance, VP of Analytics, and VP of Media. You’ll learn from and support these leaders. Zoom networking opportunities will be encouraged and arranged.
Make an impact:
The summer will consist of project based work on key initiatives that are driving our business today and will shape the future strategy of our business. Potential projects include but are not limited to:
Loyalty Program Design - Define, scope, and model the cost and benefits of a new and enhanced loyalty program, including industry benchmarking, financial model, customer journey mapping, and overall business case.
Free Shipping Assessment - Assess the customer and cost impact of free shipping and free returns at various thresholds.
Partnership Strategy - Develop a partnership strategy and roadmap for developing/ scoping, including objectives, and frameworks for evaluating.
Miscellaneous Omni-channel
