Summer Internship: Create a best-in-class summer internship that includes a well-rounded view of the retail/wholesale industry, an immersive understanding of the culture at Steve Madden, and real-world experience of what a full-time role looks like.

Please note the following:

  • 8 week Program running from June 11th - August 6th. Interns must be present for all 8 weeks in office.
  • This is a paid internship. Compensation is $16 per hour
  • Interns are responsible for all arrangements of housing and travel

Major Responsibilities:

  • Cross-train and support in all areas of human resources (Onboarding, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits).
  • Support with internship program (Coordinate communications and answer questions).
  • Under direct supervision, work on different projects for each HR area (reporting, organizing, among other initiatives).
