Your Role

Support the graphic design team to help implement standardization and simplification of tools and processes. This position requires strong adobe creative suite skills, attention to detail and the ability to learn new concepts/ideas quickly.

Your Impact

• Provide executional support (document layout, cropping photos, color correcting, prioritize content, etc.)
• Support creation of graphic design needs for digital platforms
• Support with editing of photos and videos for special events
• Partnering with manager to develop and manage timelines and deliverables of standardization projects assigned
• Track and reduce number of tools/ streamline content

Minimum Salary : $23.00

VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Proficient in adobe creative suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity with a strong desire to learn
• Ability to execute tasks in a thorough and timely fashion while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to translate complicated concepts into simple business terms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates flexibility with work assignments
• Self-motivated, self-starting, team driven, and a creative thinker
• Have demonstrated a passion for retail and have an entrepreneurial spirit

Additional Preferred Experience

• Experience with retailers is a plus
• Experience with Adobe Premier a plus
