What This Position Is All About:

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will be recognized as a thought leader within Talent Acquisition, functioning as a high-level recruiting strategist. The Talent Acquisition Advisor is accountable to deliver the best talent with the right combination of skills and experience to drive organizational impact. The successful candidate is a consultant to the business and is responsible for advising on the selection of the best candidate. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will partner with sourcing resources in managing the talent pipeline, while managing the recruitment strategies to support and fill recruitment needs.

  • A respected Talent Acquisition Advisor who collaborates well with both Hiring Managers and candidates, and implements creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline

  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain a complex calendar and ensure data integrity within our Applicant Tracking system.

You Also Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition professional.
  • Experience recruiting retail store leadership and corporate level positions.
  • Experience working with G-Suite software.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking system (Taleo and Workday preferred).
  • Experience with high volume corporate recruitment, leading searches across multiple functions and all levels within an organization (entry-level to leadership)
  • Proven results influencing and collaborating in a matrix organization, partnering with all levels of the organization including senior leadership
  • Experience recruiting in the retail space and corporate functions.
  • Combination of both in-house corporate recruitment experience and agency recruitment experience preferred

As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: This includes, but is not limited to research, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, qualifying, offer negotiation and placement management for roles across all levels within the organization (entry-level to senior leadership).
  • Build strong internal relationships: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop, recommend, and implement recruitment strategies and programs. Build and present reporting analytics and talent maps for challenging searches.
  • Develop external relationships: Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles and present findings to key business leaders and HR Business Partners. Attend career fairs, networking events and learning seminars, and act as a brand ambassador representing Saks OFF 5TH.
  • Maintain top results and strive for excellence: Always meet or exceed recruiting metrics set out for the Talent Acquisition team. Ensure the consistent hiring of exceptional, diverse talent.
  • Identify opportunities: Participate as an active member of the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with the development and execution of the Talent Acquisition strategic plans and goals.
