POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Project Management Coordinator will support the project cycle by leading the communication of all projects within the collaborations and fragrance product category.
This individual is responsible for the creation and management of the project timeline based on information provided in the strategic brief. He or she owns and supports the process from inception to completion, including participation in production schedules, resource allocation, delivery of assets, archive management, and the ability to know when and how to raise red flags as issues arise that may affect on time delivery.
This role requires an understanding of the Calvin Klein brand and the ability to manage multiple projects with high levels of complexity.
The Sr. Coordinator of Project Management Collaborations is more focused on assisting the collaborations’ team across creative operations, production, packaging, digital, media, brand experience, marketing, etc. The Sr. Project Management Coordinator will work alongside marketing, media, and integrated production across many levels of the organization and should have experience with Project management and Digital Asset management software solutions. He/she should have experience with retail brands and understand the go-to-market process.

Internal: Production, DAM Management, Global Marketing, Creative/Studio, Operations, Regional Business Channels, Product, Merchandising, Fashion Office, Media, PR and VM, and eComm/CK.com
External: 3rd party vendors and licensees when needed
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Packaging Budget for marketing pieces of collaborations
Budgeting: Manages the budget for the special packaging of external partners, including payment and time management.

ENVIRONMENT:
Must be flexible and solution oriented with a positive attitude toward teamwork. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to quick changes, requests and deadlines. Occasional late hours and weekend work could be required depending on seasonal concepts and specific project needs. Comfort with ambiguity.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years proven and progressive project management experience
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range:$65,400 - $70,000
