JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ability to identify latest trends in fabric, color and silohouette
Have strong knowledge of retail landscape, target price points, and current competitors in the targeted retail space
Must have experience in cut and sew knits and wovens
Must have strong presentation skills
Need to be “hands on” in the development process and lead team members
Daily communication with our overseas office and suppliers
Work closely and develop strong partnerships with sales and production teams
Travel to Asia for product development as necessary
Travel Europe for shopping trip as needed
