Senior Designer - Boys Fashion Sportswear

Established childrenswear fashion company seeks Senior Boys Fashion Sportswear Designer. We are looking for a Sr. Designer with leadership experience that has lead a small team of designers.

• Management will be looking to you for your sharp opinion on current trends.
• We need you to know what the customer wants and interpret that into your designs, along with the team you will be leading.
• The merchandise categories include knits and woven sportswear and active wear.
• The products include tops, bottoms, jeans, shorts, active wear, set, swim, etc.
• Design direction follows young men’s.
• Product is fashion sportswear sizes 2T to 20.
• Our distribution is to mass merchants, regional chain stores, discounters and specialty stores.
• We will give you the tools to thrive and feel good about your work.
• This is a hands-on position.
• You must be fluent in Adobe Illustrator so that you can design and produce the artwork and tech packs with your team.
