Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Administrative Assistant to the Global Chief Design Officer (CDO) provides administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the Global Design Office. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including running the CDO’s schedule, coordinating communications, prioritizing meetings and travel, handling confidential information, and collaborating closely with internal and external collaborators. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple tasks with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Primary responsibilities/accountabilities of the job:
  • Uses discretion when organizing and making calendar appointments, scheduling, departmental meetings, and conference arrangements.
  • Leads all logistics associated with meetings, appointments, and conferences for the Global Chief Design Officer.
  • Maintains and handles the office environment, ensuring cleanliness is maintained and ambiance is welcoming.
  • Develops strong relationships with the administrative and operational team members.
  • Figures out most efficient and acceptable travel arrangements and completes all detailed expense reports. Confirms meetings and creates itineraries for trips.
  • Creates, formats and edits correspondence and presentational decks with precision and minimal direction.
  • Project leads various initiatives and activities to ensure completion and that landmarks are met.
  • Processes invoices and generates seasonal or quarterly reconciliation reports.
  • Facilitates new employee set-up.
  • Works independently on specific projects as assigned.

Serve as a point of contact between the CDO and internal/external collaborators.

Facilitate communication within the design team and across departments.

  • Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the CDO.

Plan and implement design-related events, such as workshops, conferences, and team-building activities.

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other service providers.

Qualifications & experience:

Experience: 5 years of proven ability as an Administrative Assistant,

preferably with experience in a fashion brand.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.
  • Meticulous and highly organized with a desire to maintain schedule, filing systems, and calendar.
  • Experience with booking and scheduling domestic and international executive travel.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative teammate with a customer service orientation.
  • Strong prioritization and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle high stress situations with grace and composure.
  • Ability to work long hours and weekends during peak periods.
  • Excellent at handling changing priorities; multi-tasking with finesse.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to draft correspondence with minimal direction.
  • Should possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Should be proactive and resourceful with all tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with online meeting software, video conference, and remote meeting set-up.

Pay Range:$70,000 - $90,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
