Senior Account Executive - Luxury Womenswear

Seeking a Senior Account Executive to join the sales team with responsibility for the management and growth of the sales department in MIAMI.  ALEXIS is a high end women’s ready to wear business sold in major department stores such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman and Intermix as well as over 250 specialty boutiques around the world.  Responsibilities include:

  • Strong leadership to ensure the sales team is meeting goals seasonally
  • Travel with sales team to markets in NYC and Paris throughout the year
  • Analyze customer selling to help achieve greater success for both the customers and brand
  • Lead the team in the opening of new customer relationships
  • Aide the Account Executives in tailoring customer orders to the store’s client base and demographic
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure buys are unique
  • Travel to visit accounts throughout the year
  • Meet weekly and monthly departmental goals in terms of new accounts and sales growth
  • Develop strong relationships with customer accounts

Requirements

  • Prior wholesale experience at a high end fashion brand
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Relevant industry experience in women's designer or ready to wear brands
  • AIMS 360 software knowledge preferred
  • Works well under pressure and understand the urgency of deadlines
  • Driven with the desire to consistently exceed targets
  • Team player
  • Must be willing to relocate to Miami
