SALES MANAGER - Junior Fashion Apparel

Established in 2006, Pink Rose Clothing specializes in wholesaling fashion products tailored to a broad clientele, encompassing Juniors, Young Missy, Kids, and accessories. Our brand portfolio features Pink Rose, Olive & Oak, Pink Republic, and Hippie Rose, alongside licensing agreements with Lucky Dress, Reebok Bags, John Deere, and others.

Our client base extends to prominent department stores, among them TJMAXX, Marshalls, Macy's, Kohls, Belk, Stitch Fix, Burlington, Walmart, Boscov, and more. We have earned a reputation for being trendsetters in the world of easy-wear apparel, encompassing tops, dresses, athleisure, outerwear, sweaters, loungewear, and sleepwear. Additionally, we hold licensing agreements for Reebok Bags and Lucky Dresses.

This position is with a prominent Junior mass-market brand.       

We specialize in designing dresses, tops, bottoms, and activewear in Knit, Woven, and Sweater categories for a highly trend-driven customer base.      

We are currently seeking the Sales Manager for immediate hire with the following qualifications:

  • A Sales Manager, known as a Sales Department Manager, oversees daily operations in the sales department.
  • Responsibilities entail recruiting and training sales personnel, conveying sales targets set by upper management, and distributing leads among Sales Representatives.
  • To excel in this role, one needs strong communication skills, leadership abilities, product/service knowledge, and analytical skills.
  • Sales Managers maintain their own client portfolio, support project fulfillment, monitor the competitive landscape, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Sales managers formulate and execute sales strategies and strive to optimize company revenue.
  • Additional duties include reporting to upper management with monthly sales reports.
  • Gathering top-selling items and distributing them to other divisions as required.
  • Compile and review inventory reports, sales reports for each account, and provide updates to upper management.
  • Managed showroom schedules and customer meetings, as well as facilitated internal meetings with Sales & other teams.
  • Monthly Report to the Sales Director & upper management

Salary**: 50K ~150K     **the salary may vary based on individual experience and expertise.
