SALES INTERNSHIP - Vince Camuto

REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager, Sales

COMPANY:

ITOCHU Prominent USA LLC designs and manufactures unique textiles, apparel and accessories.  We have a portfolio of licensed apparel and accessory brands such as, Haggar, Original Penguin, Perry Ellis, Psycho Bunny, Lands’ End, and Vince Camuto. With our global reach, we work with ITOCHU Corporation to develop Japanese licensing and distribution programs for American and European fashion brands.

SUMMARY:

This internship is Marketing focused. The summer 2020 internship will deal with all areas related to customer relationship management and its effects on product sales (i.e. how are effective Social Media campaigns conceptualized and implemented?). We will also be using a Marketing and Social Media Calendar to measure the impact on consumer engagement. 

**Due to the current pandemic, internships may be both remote & on-site depending on government guidelines.**

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The opportunity to work with the manager with all media.

• Learn to analyze calendar & sales reports

• Learn to prepare & analyze weekly G.Com flash reports

• Liaise with marketing and sales teams to insure timely action of new initiatives.

• Other learning opportunities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Above average knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop

• Ability to adapt and work well with others

*This is an unpaid internship w/ TRAVEL reimbursement to and from our office.  MUST receive academic credit!
