Sales Executive - Women's Contemporary
Duties:
- Solicit orders from new prospective customers
- Nurture partnerships with key accounts
- Provide illustration for company’s product line
- Develop efficient marketing and advertising strategies to increase sales
- Able to present and sell collection to fashion buyers from wholesale and boutiques
- Prepare collection for appointments, make comprehensive notes for modifications and ship samples in a timely manner
- Prepare line sheets and samples for tech pack meeting
- Create maintain and submit line sheets
- Communicate product updates to clients via email and phone
- Maintain consistent dialogue with cross-functional teams in design, production, and customer service departments
- Maintain and organize merchandise in effective arrangement
- Track, ship and follow up with buyer about merchandise
- Demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for sales call, managing customer meetings
- Help complete accurate and timely paperwork, reports, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports
- Shop stores and provide recaps of visit to upper management
Skills sets required
Education: Associate Degree
Skills:
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- fashion background, store, showroom, styling experience
- Must have proactive, highly detail-oriented, have a sense of urgency and possess the ability to meet high deadlines
- Able to effectively communicate with supervisors
