Sales Assistant - NYC Showroom

Responsibilities include:

• Sales Assistant will support Sales Rep. in market appointments by preparing samples, line sheets and taking notes
• Manage sales reports
• Monitor and facilitate the shipping process by updating excel and working with the Buying team & In house team
• Order maintenance and tracking
• Support Sales Rep. with writing bulk orders
• Track customers POs
• Follow up on samples & new developments
• Analyze ATS to increase sales
• Maintain showroom

Wholesale Assistant should have strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, Proactive multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, Team player, Proficient in A2000, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
