Sales Assistant - Home Textiles

Growing home textiles company looking for an assistant. Since we are a small team, this position is not limited to the following duties. Looking for someone willing to pick up new skills and fill in where needed to get the job done. Looking for someone with experience in atleast 50% of the below listed items. A well organized, self motivated, good communicator with team spirit needed!

We sell licensed and generic product under the following categories- Comforters, Quilts, Bedspreads, Blankets, Sheet sets, Throws, Bath Towels, Bath Mats, Beach Towels, Window Curtains, Neck Pillows, Utility(white goods).

Licenses are U.S. Polo Assn. and Jordache.  

• Quickbooks/Fishbowl
  • Accounts Payables
  • Writing checks, logging Credit Card transactions, payments to Vendors
  • Enter Certain Sales orders
• Inventory CADS
  • Creating visual representations of current and future inventory
  • Daily updating based on orders received out of Domestic Inventory
  • Customer Specific Presentations
• Responding to some salesperson questions
• Updating Customer Portals
• Customer Order Forms
• Basic technology assistance
• Ecommerce
  • Zulilly Portal updates and Shipment Coordination based on their orders.

  • Creating labels
  • Maintaining the portal
  • New Listings 
  • Pricing 
  • Strategizing 
• Assisting with showroom
  • Dropping off Packages
  • Answering Phones
