SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Sportswear
ADTN International Ltd., a well-established Sportswear Company, is looking for a self-motivated, organized, and knowledgeable Account Executive who can work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The account executive will oversee all aspects of account management for key accounts and is financially accountable to drive results.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible to manage national & regional retail accounts at all levels in both branded and private label programs.
- Must have a strong understanding of product development and merchandising.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills required.
- Maintain and grow strong, effective relationships with internal & external partners.
- Identify and deliver new business opportunities to grow the business with current & potential accounts.
- Project and deliver monthly & annual sales forecasts to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth.
- Shop the market to research and identify current trends and present competitive data to drive newness & business.
- Partner with design/merchandising team on the product assortment
- Consistently monitor and respond to opportunities in the market to identify ways to stay ahead of trends.
- Follow order from inception to completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel to accounts and trade shows required.
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
- Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Motivated, positive attitude
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in Sales or Merchandising in the wholesale fashion industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed.

Compensation:
Based on experience and current book of business with top retailers
Salary: Base $75-$95K + Commission
