Requirements:

• Track timelines, make sure Care, Fiber Content and Testing dates are completed. Note missing information and contact agent/maker for updates through daily recap emails.

• Attend production meetings and recap all issues for QA management.

• Pull standards. Send confirmation email of all approvals or rejects based on QA management comments.

• File and organize all Dye Lots and Top samples and maintain color library.

• Submit samples for testing.

• Track all incoming and outgoing testing packages.

• Update testing tracking logs and complete all online testing paperwork.

• Weigh, measure, and spec various products, and perform full analysis of instore sample purchases and create comparison chart.

• Domestic and international travel to work on quality related issues Home Textile Company seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator

Ideal candidate will be organized, and detail oriented with excellent written and verbal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, NGC PLM a plus. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. 2-3 years of experience in Home Textiles or Apparel product development or QA preferred.
