PRODUCTION MANAGERS - 2 Superstars

Job Description:

We are seeking 2 highly organized and detail-oriented Production managers  with experience in hard goods or  accessories within the consumer goods industry. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track production schedules for hard goods and accessories, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to monitor production progress, resolve any issues, and maintain strong working relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, purchasing, and logistics, to ensure smooth production processes
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete inventory
• Utilize strong Excel skills to create and analyze production reports, track inventory, and manage product data
• Provide leadership and guidance to production team members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Coordinator in the consumer goods industry, specifically with hard goods and accessories
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience managing production schedules and coordinating with suppliers and vendors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role would be a plus.
