Production Associate - Men's Outerwear, Swimwear and Activewear

JORDACHE/US POLO ASSN. division is seeking a production associate for men's outerwear, swimwear and activewear, to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Create WIP chart and update with changes on bi-weekly basis
• Check existing production/compliance manual for update/corrections and send to factories as needed
• Communicate with overseas vendors daily regarding production related issues
• Manage proto/fit/pre-production sample status as well as customer required TOP samples and maintain sample charts
• Collaborate with sales & design teams to complete related projects within strict deadlines
• Create style master chart
• Issue PO’s and maintain the production chart
• Track all shipping schedule

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of production experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) & Adobe Illustrator
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deadline-driven work ethic
