Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Production Coordinator experience with excellent working knowledge of garment industry
• Proven track record of operating independently, maintaining organization, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects stimultaneously 
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Familiarity with all aspects of production from design & development to production approvals, P.O. management as well as ensuring product is shipping on schedule 
• Team player, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organization 
• Able to remain flexible and calm under high-pressure, fast moving environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high performance environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability 
• Exceptional follow-up skills and ability 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
