PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

We are a fast growing contemporary women’s clothing brand committed to sustainability, all ethically made here in Los Angeles. We are looking for an energetic person to join our small team at our beautiful offices in Atwater Village. We are searching for a bright and hard working Production Associate to assist in all aspects of domestic production.

Duties:

• Create and maintain production schedule in excel
• Create costsheets for each season
• Create seasonal dye spreadsheets with all necessary information
• Create and maintain style information in aims
• Oversee QC and ensure all styles meet spec and quality standards before receiving
• Track and oversee contractors and dyehouses to make sure they meet deadlines
• Oversee and track styles at cutting service
• Negotiate sewing prices with contractors when necessary
• Work with production team to bring deliveries in on time
• Create detailed purchase orders for dyehouse

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of domestic production garment dye knits and wovens
• Minimum 3 years experience in domestic production
• Must have car in order to visit contractors and dyehouses
• Experience in aims software preferable
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Understanding of garment construction
• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
• Proficient in excel
• Team player
