Production Associate - Apparel

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overseas vendor communication related to production orders – including sample approval, costing, production timelines, packaging, placing purchase order
• Perform daily tracking of goods on order, in progress (WIP) to ensure timely delivery according to development calendar 
• Track, receive and distribute fabric quality submits, lab dip submits, print strike offs 
• Follow up with each stage of sampling: fit, pps, top's and shipping.
• Troubleshoot all pre-production & production issues and monitor deliveries
• Review vendor manuals on what requirements have to be given to the factories: labeling, packaging, and overall production requirements
• Track and organize all samples for our library

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task
• 2-5 years experience in production
