PRODUCTION & SOURCING ASSISTANT - Temporary

  • Helps issue Daily MAO Purchase Orders  
  • Collaborates with the Special Make Up (SMU) team on order timelines and inventory for SMU projects.
  • Reviews blank headwear inventory and forecasts a monthly buy for the blank headwear program with the SMU team.
  • Provides Customer Service with Sales Order updates and delivery changes. 
  • Ensures headwear vendors have the appropriate stock of hang tags and labels for the specific products they are  creating for us. 
  • Reviews WIP’s sent from vendors on a weekly basis to ensure order confirmation and on time delivery for all  headwear orders placed 
  • Runs a weekly shipment report for all headwear Purchase Orders shipping the following week and in conjunction with  the logistics team, ensures bookings are made on time and shipments are on schedule 
  • Works closely with the development team to ensure items are being approved within due dates of T&A.
  • Notifies the appropriate departments once a style has been confirmed and placed with a vendor.
  • Reviews any Purchase Orders that are past their arrival dates and obtains status updates from the vendors and the  logistics team  
  • Fulfills domestic drop ship Purchase Orders in NetSuite once the goods have shipped from the vendor.
  • Cross checks receiving logs from the warehouse to ensure orders are being received. 
  • Ensures Customer Service is notified of orders that are at risk of being late. 
  • Collaborates with vendors and development team to assist the Accounting team with invoice resolution.
  • Issues chargebacks to vendors for any order discrepancies that are approved for chargebacks.
  • Sets up Item information for customers; enters data into NetSuite if required. 
  • Manages & orders all trims for Printables Heat seals, woven Labels, Hangtags & hologram stickers for all vendors
  • Ad hoc responsibilities, as requested.
