Iconic American Apparel Brand based in San Francisco is seeking a Product Operations Manager to join their team ASAP! In this exciting role, you will act as the main point of contact for business users and IT support for daily problem-solving and issue resolution. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to go full-time for the right candidate.
What you’ll do:
Review existing processes, actively seeking new opportunities to streamline and simplify in PLM
Assist PLM Production Support – understand business issues, resolve system problems
Conduct system testing to identify any defects
Approve system access requests and track new users to PLM
Act as the key PD&S business representative at all cross-functional team meetings
Conduct new user training session for PLM and other tools related to PD&S
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree required
Previous experience in a fast-paced apparel business with a variety of business models
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently with little oversight
Strong knowledge of apparel systems, preferably PLM
Previous training experience preferred
Working knowledge of different software applications, specifically PowerPoint and SharePoint
Ability to translate IT technical language to business
