PRODUCT OPERATIONS MANAGER - Iconic American Apparel Brand - $52/hr

Iconic American Apparel Brand based in San Francisco is seeking a Product Operations Manager to join their team ASAP! In this exciting role, you will act as the main point of contact for business users and IT support for daily problem-solving and issue resolution. We are looking for a hardworking, driven individual who can quickly learn business systems and understands high level technical issues. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to go full-time for the right candidate. 

What you’ll do:

  • Review existing processes, actively seeking new opportunities to streamline and simplify in PLM

  • Assist PLM Production Support – understand business issues, resolve system problems

  • Conduct system testing to identify any defects

  • Approve system access requests and track new users to PLM

  • Act as the key PD&S business representative at all cross-functional team meetings

  • Conduct new user training session for PLM and other tools related to PD&S

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced apparel business with a variety of business models

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently with little oversight

  • Strong knowledge of apparel systems, preferably PLM

  • Previous training experience preferred

  • Working knowledge of different software applications, specifically PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Ability to translate IT technical language to business
