Overview:

The Product Information Assistant will assist with the process of item set up and the accuracy of style information within all internal systems and reporting. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate the item-set process for all brands in a timely manner
• Translate style catalog information into system entry documents utilizing PLM information
• Partner cross functionally with Design and Merchandising to manage style information to ensure catalog and systems are aligned
• Ensure accuracy of MSRP between catalogs, the system and inventory
• Monitor and execute day to day request regarding product set-up and adjustments
• Generate maintenance requests to update product hierarchy information and ensure accurate completion
• Adhere to seasonal calendar deliverables related to product information
• Support Demand Planning team on projects and initiatives

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Finance or related field
• 1+ years of experience in related field and/or strong internship experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (must have advanced excel skills)
