PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND MERCHANDISING LEAD - JEWELRY

High volume company looking for Product Development and Merchandising Lead for Jewelry.  Must have jewelry experience.  Must be able to work in fast paced environment.  Excellent benefits and 1 – 3 years’ experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the VP of Merchandising & Product Development in merchandising of watch and jewelry products
• Support development with seasonal trend reports and quarterly line sheets
• Assist with ordering, tracking, and confirming samples for showroom and clients
• Collaborate cross functionally with the Design team to create and develop new products
• Parter with the team to help create and execute merchandising strategies to meet or exceed sales plans
• Analyze sales data and consumer feedback to inform product development and merchandising decisions
• Develop merchandise plans and pricing that support key strategic initiatives, launches, top sellers, seasonal campaigns, and trends.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
• Partner across functions to manage vendor relationships, identify new vendors and negotiate favorable contract terms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to shift priorities as necessary
• Additional projects and tasks as needed by the company
