Product Development & Production

Requirements:

Understand product lifecycle and department flow of how their role affects costing, sales, product design, etc.
Bridge between clients design/technical teams, internal departments and factory
Collaborate daily with internal teams
Have attention to detail, organizational skills, multi-task, and can work under pressure
Knowledge in excel, google docs/sheets
Working with PLM & ERP systems
Processing instructions from designers and client’s to factory, evaluate samples and specifications
Tracking submits such as fit/PP/TOP samples, lab dips and trims for production approvals
Attend fittings, take notes and revert to factory
Manage and maintain weekly WIP reports and weekly shipment updates for production goods to clients
Communicate and manage all garment testing and compliance requirements
PO issuance
Follow up with overseas China factories to ensure all deliveries/deadlines are met
Drop offs and pickups to/from client’s office as needed
Help and prepare inbound and outbound Fedex packages as needed
Manage and execute special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bi-lingual English/Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
Experience working with Dillard's is a plus
College graduate or related field experience in apparel production
Basic knowledge of grading
Ability to prioritize and multitask with a keen sense of detail
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, highly organized
Knitwear/sweater knowledge is a plus
Able to work under pressure, independently and in team settings
Familiar with grading process of full-fashioned programs is a plus
Working knowledge of Apex program or similar industry programs is a plus
Team player, pleasant and proactive
Experience with PLM & ERP is a plus

Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 DOE
