• Conduct online and in-store research to help kick off the brainstorm and product ideation process.
• Create sketches for a variety of simple to complex products and features.
• Assist in creating 2D specs and 3D CAD files for new products.
• Assist in model-making/prototyping for products and occasionally packaging.
• Help develop drawings and layouts for product instructions.
• Work with more senior team members on product categories including, but not limited to: Accessories, toys, feeding, etc.
• Assist with other projects as assigned.

Experience and Skills

• Proficient in SolidWorks or other CAD software packages.
• Excellent sketching skills.
• Knowledge of user-centered design processes and methodology.
• Proficiency in Adobe CS.
• Clean, modern aesthetic and attention to detail.
• Enrolled in qualified Industrial Design program.
• Minimum cumulative GPA requirement of 3.0 (3.2 strongly preferred
