PR / MARKETING MANAGER

A Multi-brand wholesaler based in NYC is on the lookout for a motivated, organized and proactive PR/Marketing Manager to join their team! This individual will develop growth and engagement strategies while working directly with the Senior Marketing Director or manage media and influencer plans.

You will: 

•    Develop and execute annual press plans to build awareness across multiple brands
•    Secure features, placements, news items and broadcast initiatives in print and online outlets
•    Research, develop and execute influencer outreach strategy
•    Plan and execute celebrity and editor gifting programs
•    Assist in monthly press clipping and reports
•    Draft press releases
•    Oversee documentation and archival of all press materials
•    Maintain relationships with media contacts
•    Manage all sample requests
•    Work closely with Creative and E-Commerce teams
•    Assist with special events/projects and photo shoots
•    Assist with responding to customer service inquiries

You need:

•    Bachelor’s degree
•    5+ years’ relevant PR experience
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills
•    Enthusiastic and self-motivated
•    Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities
•    Possess a sense of urgency with excellent follow through
•    Experience with all Microsoft Office programs, Outlook and Meltwater
