PATTERNMAKER ASSISTANT

Patternmaker to supervise the Sample Room.

Luxury Bridal Designer located in Rutherford NJ is looking for a Sample Room Supervisor. 

3 cutters and 15 sample makers. We do 80% bridal and 20% evening.

• This is a technical position not administrative.
• This person needs to have proficient sewing skills and be a experienced sample maker themselves. Also, someone that can measure well.
• Quality Control experience on luxury dresses.
• Knowledge of patterns.
• Be proficient in English and be able to communicate.
• This person needs to oversee the sample room for any questions the sample makers have on sewing, patterns etc...
• Oversee quality control department.
