We are a sustainable custom clothing brand for women, driven by customer needs. All our products are manufactured on demand and drop-shipped to the consumer. We are expanding and in search of a Business Development and Operations Associate to grow our B2B business team. This job is part-time and ideal for an individual seeking remote work with flexibility which may lead to full-time employment. We are seeking applicants located in the New York Metro area, and some travel to New York City may be required on occasion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Screen potential business opportunities by analyzing customer needs
- Evaluate options and align them with internal priorities set by the CEO
- Assess risks and potentials associated with each opportunity
- Close new business deals in coordination with the CEO
- Coordinate contract requirements and integrate them with business operations partners
- Safeguard confidential information
- Self-starter who can work independently daily
- Ability to collaborate with internal departments (including Marketing and IT) when needed
- Discreetly handle all incoming correspondence and mail forwarding
- Maintain open communication with US-based bank partners
- Efficiently manage all insurance-related matters with providers
- Manage all company subscriptions and ensure payments are made on time
- Business Development Associate Qualifications / Skills:

Operations Associate Qualifications / Skills:
- Sense of Urgency
- Ability to prioritize
Education and Experience Requirements:
- BA in business administration or a related field
- At least 2 years experience in customer service, sales, or related field
