ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a talented Graphic & Packaging Designer to join our creative team. You must be highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, have a passionate, friendly, easy-going personality, and deeply understand current trends.

• Ability to Conceptualize, Design and Execute Unique/Trendy Packaging for our brands
• Branding design including identity & logos
• Ability to multi-task & work in fast paced environment
• Make Digital Mockups in Adobe AI/PS & actual mockups
• Strong Command of Visual Design Capabilities, Including Composition, Layout, Hierarchy, Typography, and Color Judgement
• Produce Print-Ready Files and Tech Packs
• Ability to Create Physical Comps
• Create sales presentation & catalogs
• Create customer specific presentations showing displays, end caps, planograms
• Ability to seek trends & incorporate them into products.
• Work Directly with Art Director, Project Managers, and Creative Team
• Experience with License brands & ability to follow & modfiy Style Guides
• Perform related duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES

• Must Have 1-3 Years of Full Time Packaging Design Experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for Mac: Illustrator & Photoshop
• Must Have Portfolio and Proven Experience in Designing Packaging (paper box, blister cards, etc.)
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment while maintaining an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Excellent Time Management Skills to Meet Strict Deadlines

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in packaging design, industrial design or a related field; or an Associate’s degree with 3+ years of Packaging, Industrial Design and/or Graphic Design.
