We are looking for an Outbound Manager to join an incredible team.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of managerial experience in a Fulfillment or Distribution center that has had a high-velocity, growth intensive setting
• Black belt in six sigma is a plus as well as experience in lean methodology
• Will oversee outbound logistics, returns management, budgets, initiatives etc.
• Approve, edit and track employees, provide reporting on fulfillment metrics, implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and condition of outgoing shipments
• Integrate closely with CX and other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences
• Implement and oversee process improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices
• Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems, specifically NetSuite and RF-Smart, and Labor Management Systems
• Proven background in leading successful process enhancement initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Adaptable scheduling, possible night shifts, working on holidays and weekends and occasional overtime demands
