VENDOR OPERATIONS MANAGER - Project Manager – Iconic Beauty Brand

Our Client, an Iconic Beauty Brand, is seeking a mid-level Vendor Operations Manager to join their team in NYC ASAP! This is an ongoing freelance assignment, perfect for someone with experience in budget and vendor management. Specifically, you will:

• Lead monthly calls with 10+ key vendors to resolve any invoice blockers, contract approvals and capture resources updates.

• Define and monitoring vendor SLAs to identify and report on trends and make data-supported recommendations.

• Closely partner with various teams within online, procurement and legal to manage process improvements projects for vendor practices.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate and select new vendors.

• Authorize process and training documents to maintain standards and policies.

• Maintain in-house resource database and ensure there are no discrepancies between time logging and vendor invoices.

• Monitor vendor ageing invoice reports and SAP payment system.

You will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 5-7+ years of relevant experience in Global Online Retail, Operational and/or Financial Management

• Strong project management skills and experience

• Excellent analytical and data management skills and experience

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with high proficiency in Excel model and scenario analysis

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and persuade various levels of organization

• Experience with workflow/mapping and Atlassian tools and plug-ins.

• MSP experience and Tableau is a plus!
