MERCHANDISE COORDINATOR - Leading Beauty Retailer - DOE

Leading Beauty Retailer in San Francisco is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis! In this role, you will support the Merchant team with daily business operations and managing multiple product assortments and projects. This an amazing opportunity for a qualified candidate to partner with a top company that offers a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support assortment and SKU creation and maintenance

  • Oversee tester and sample allocation requests

  • Update price changes

  • Verify product information on all printed collateral

  • Take on additional tasks/projects as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2+ years of buying/merchandising experience; previous retail/beauty industry experience a plus

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical approach to problem solving

  • Strong organization and time management skills
