MERCHANDISE COORDINATOR - Iconic American Clothing Company - $25/hr

An Iconic American Clothing Company based in San Francisco is looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis! In this role, you will maintain all product data within the company’s software systems, keep samples organized, and actively update and partner with the merchandising teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified candidate to join an established fashion brand and learn the inner workings of the fashion/retail industry!

What you will do: 

• Enter and update product data within company database

• Work with merchandising teams to best strategize how to price and display product

• Keep all samples archived and organized

• Partner with internal teams on product development projects

• Conduct competitive research within the retail market

What you'll need: 

• Applicable experience working in retail, merchandising, or product development

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Expert knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel

• Experience managing a high volume of data

• Understanding of the current retail landscape and consumer needs

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally

• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to constantly adapt
