Marketing Manager - 3-5 Years Experience

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Retail:

 

  • Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing to strategically plan and oversee the activation of localized marketing initiatives including: CRM, traffic driving initiatives, digital communication, retail-theater, in-store collateral & gifting, incentives and promotion
  • Create an annual planning calendar for all marketing and promotional activities to drive trade and brand building initiatives including new product launches, store openings, special events, etc.
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing to develop a comprehensive new store opening plans, including partnership with PR/Press, events, direct mail and digital, partnerships, etc.
  • Manage the development and implementation of all retail marketing programs with the goal of driving revenue, traffic and cultivating brand awareness across Europe.
  • Develop comprehensive alignment and partnership for key marketing activities with third parties (department stores, malls, outlet villages, wholesale accounts).
  • Develop sales promotion plans such as gifting, catalog/direct mailing communication and geography/store specific promotions to drive incremental traffic and sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness and future plans
  • Management of annual marketing budget

  • Grow and maintain the customer database through acquisition initiatives
  • Implement and manage in-store clientelling
  • Manage all CRM initiatives
  • Partner with Coach CRM corporate team to identify name collection opportunities through 3rd parties’ partnership
  • Partner with our corporate team on the promotional messages
  • Implement loyalty programs and thank you notes
  • Coordinate the development, execution of in store name collection and analytics
  • Coordinate the development, execution of database analytics in partnership with Coach CRM corporate team

Qualifications

  • Requirements:

     

    • Ideally 3 -5 years experience in a Marketing role either focused on CRM or retail marketing.
    • Degree or equivalent Marketing, Communication, Advertising or business qualification
    • Experience working in a satellite office in a global organization.
    • Experience working in the European market, preferably in a luxury retail environment
    • Excellent organization with the ability to manage time and prioritize workload
    • Ability to think, plan, and manage strategically and analytically
    • Experience of event management
    • Ability to effectively meet deadlines
    • Strong written and verbal presentation skills

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication.

    • Organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
