MANAGER, MEDIA FORECASTING & ORCHESTRATION (Hybrid)

Description

This position can be based out of either our New York City or Columbus, OH headquarters. As this role is hybrid, expected days in-office are 2 days per week, typically Wednesday and Thursday.

As Manager of Media Budget Forecasting & Channel Orchestration, you will play an important role in forecasting and optimizing media investment, test planning and orchestration, and delivering effective results against key business objectives for the Victoria’s Secret and PINK brands. You will be a collaborative leader partnering with Media Planning, Media Channels, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams.

Your Impact:

  • Lead forecasting of spend, traffic, and sales across media channels and programs including paid search, paid social, programmatic media, and affiliate marketing
  • Collaborate with Media Planning, Media Channels, and Finance teams to orchestrate and optimize daily, weekly, and annual investment of multi-million-dollar budget
  • Lead test planning and orchestration across media channels and programs, and partner with the Media Channels and Data Science teams on test execution and analysis
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics
  • Manage invoice reconciliation and payment process
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and publishers
  • Stay current on the latest marketing trends, identify new and emerging advertising opportunities, and influence innovation
  • Coach and manage direct-report specialists

Minimum Salary : $95,000.00
Maximum Salary : $129,465.00

VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.

Qualifications

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 5-7 years of related experience within an agency or retail organization
  • Experience in digital marketing, media planning, advertising, digital analytics, or other related areas required

Additional Preferred Experience:

  • Outstanding analytical skills and experience in performance optimization
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience leading direct reports, cross-functional teams, and vendor relationships
  • Occasional travel involved
