MANAGER/ DIRECTOR OF VISUAL MERCHANDISING - Luxury

Luxury brand is looking for an experienced, creative and motivated Manager/ Director of Visual Merchandising. This person should be a great communicator, solution-oriented, and pro-active with their work. They should have a deep knowledge of the luxury fashion industry as well as the worlds of art & design and have a dynamic approach to their practice.

The Ideal Candidate

Tasks include:

• Manage the visual merchandising team
• Prop and fixture design and development, manage fabrication and source vendors
• Store Design
• Regular store visits to our 3 retail locations and coordination with our store & corporate retail teams to suggest visual merchandising solutions to support selling, display refreshes
• Concept & develop seasonal retail store window displays
• Support our partnerships in wholesale accounts through regular local store visits and communication with our worldwide partners to promote and monitor brand visual standards, share and educate regarding seasonal visual merchandising guidelines
• Development of seasonal visual guidelines for wholesale channels
• Concept & project manage wholesale projects ranging from shop builds, pop-ups, windows, special displays, etc.
• Execute shop-in-shop openings, showroom set-up, market visits
• Maintenance and visual set-up of showroom space in corporate office for market appointments and throughout the season
• Support the development of the brand visual language as it pertains to product in all channels: online, in-store, etc.
• Manage team budgets

Other:

• Previous experience with a luxury brand
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Auto CAD proficiency strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage a team
• Organized, detail oriented and meticulous in execution
