LICENSING MANAGER - HYBRID

• Working with a great teams and a wonderful firm in NJ  ( needs car )
• Must have strong sense of ownership
• Must have strong MS office skills/ strong Excel skills
• Someone that is able to  manage a roster of licensors and brands to support the company. Responsible for analyzing and reporting new business trends and growth strategies.
• This manager will Work closely with owners
• Working with  current brands and licenses
• Able to Draft deal memos, negotiate with and on behalf of the  owner
• Hands on ownership of all company royalty reporting and placement reports.
• This person will need to Attend key meetings and trade shows    
• Able to research, forecast and collaborate with owner on vetting new licensors / brands.
• Weekly virtual licensor and brand business partner meetings
• Able to manage strong internal and external relationships.
• Cross collaboration with creative teams. internal, licensor and brands
• This person  should have at least 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the apparel field.  Should have  7 plus years working in the apparel industry.
