LF Beauty - Product Development/Marketing – Internship

This is a part – time, paid internship in the LF Beauty division of Li & Fung. LF Beauty is a global beauty company serving some of the largest and best known Brands in the Beauty Industry. We offer specialized services to brands and retailers interested in developing customized beauty products.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sample organization and management; creating and maintaining tracking charts through various stages of product development
  • Assist with client presentations, new product briefings, sampling and approval process, to final completion of production for new product launches and reformulations
  • Keep accurate timelines, records and files of project documents
  • Assist with servicing the growth and development of current clients

Skills and Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, minimally have completed your sophomore year of school in Marketing/Merchandising/Product Development with a concentration in Cosmetics/Beauty.
  • Have a passion for the beauty industry
  • Strong, consistent academic record. Required GPA: 3.2 +
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work 15 – 20 hours per week on an ongoing basis
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint is required
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency
