Jr. Account Executive - Knitwear

What we’re looking for:

Repeat Cashmere’s New York Corporate Office is looking for sales & office support to help manage our day to day activities ranging from customer service, to sales assistance, and office support. We are specifically looking for an individual who is eager & ambitious, an individual with a good work ethic and a willingness to get involved in all the day-to-day responsibilities of keeping our office & showroom running. You would work & directly report to the Director of Sales & Operations. Our team is small & we are looking for someone who will bring a positive vibe to our intimate office.

Responsibilities:

Wholesale Sales & Customer Service:

  • Sales calls & appointment scheduling
  • Sales appointment set-up & assistance
  • Work select accounts showroom appointments independently
  • Daily showroom maintenance (ensure showroom is always “appointment ready” & set/prepared for any daily appointments)
  • Supporting US sales teams directly (NY) and indirectly (LA) by helping liaise pertinent seasonal/sales related information from the corporate office to our West Coast showroom
  • Creation and preparation of promotional mailings and seasonal invites
  • Trade Show preparation and participation
  • Be responsible for order checking, order entry and relaying any updates to customers as needed
  • Sample maintenance & inventory
  • Research and cultivate new business prospects
  • Manage personal sales goals set at the beginning of each season
  • Customer Service support related to wholesale customer inquiries
  • Execute return authorizations

E-Shop/Website Customer Service/Management:

  • Oversee daily responsibilities for E-Shop
  • Customer Service Support via email and phone
  • Issue and manage return requests
  • Inventory & record received returns à send all daily returns to logistics teams for timely processing of credits

Administrative Support:

  • Basic administrative support
  • Office supply maintenance
  • Execute any additional administrative or sales support as needed
