JEWELRY SHOWROOM INTERNSHIP - SUMMER 2024

Our ideal candidate for this internship is organized, a great multitasker and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in jewelry production.  This candidate will get experience in the inner workings of a small, sustainable jewelry business and get to understand the different roles necessary to bring the product from development to consumer. We are a very small team and require each team member to have an open mind and all-hands-on-deck approach.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Fulfilling wholesale and e-comm orders on a daily basis: assisting in quality control, packing and shipping.
  • Assist Merchandise Coordinator with inventory management and reports.
  • Various analysis of product standards and quality control.
  • Assist with showroom setup and breakdown for events, including market week and retail popups.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail is an absolute must.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Highly organized, with ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of Excel and InDesign.
  • Interest in the fashion industry and jewelry production.
  • Knowledge of jewelry production a plus.

In order to apply, please submit an updated resume and cover letter (both in PDF form) detailing why you think you may be a good fit for this role. Please do not generate your cover letter using ChatGPT as we are trying to get a genuine sense of your individuality and experiences. Kindly note that this internship is unpaid, in exchange for college course credit. We are unable to consider applicants who are ineligible to receive course credit for the summer semester.
